Steve Thomson, Director of SYT Coaching Ltd had 15 years hands on business experience working for a major multi national PLC, which has enriched his coaching and development skills with a bank of practical knowledge many other coaches do not have.

He has since undergone intensive re-training, including a Diploma in Coaching, accredited to the European Coaching Institute.He has also completed the internationally renowned Anthony Robbins Mastery University and Leadership Programmes and is a member of the Association of Coaching. .

Yet from first hand experience he understands the business roles in manufacturing and head office environments. He understands and empathises with the problems clients bring.

An international background in racquet sports strengthens Steve's skills, having represented Scotland at badminton and racketion. This additional strand of expertise helping athletes focus on big events, has created further opportunities for his talent as a life coach.
